Crossfit Spinning er intervaltræning på både romaskine, skiergometer, airbike og bikerg motionscykel.
Husk at du som nybegynder kan bygge en fantastisk form og få en fantastisk fedtforbrænding ved at deltage. Du behøver ikke give dig selv fuldt ud på de første træninger – prøv at tage med og kør første træning forsigtigt indtil du er klar til at give den gas!
EKSEMPEL PÅ EN CROSSFIT SPINNING TRÆNING
Choose a one-to-two machines with a partner and warm up with 3 minutes of slow work on both machines. Number of machines depends if there is more than 8 persons in the class.
In the following intervals – choose one of the following goals and try to complete each 1 min interval with this goal. If you complete the goal before one minute, then the break is longer
